All orders are shipped via UPS. Orders ship within 2 weeks of your order date. You will receive an email notification with a UPS Tracking Number when your order has been shipped.
Damages: Please inspect your order immediately and contact us immediately if your furniture has arrived damaged. We will work with you to rectify the situation. If an item can be easily repaired, we typically can ship the needed parts to you very quickly.
Cancellations: You may cancel any order at any time before it ships.

Returns and Refunds: Buying items online without seeing them first can be scary. We know that so we allow you to return items within 30 days for a full refund. All returns must be in original, re-usable packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a full refund. Please contact us by telephone or email to get a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address. Please be sure to insure the full value of your return.
Include your Full Name, Street Address, phone and Return Authorization Number with your return. When you have shipped the item to us, please email your tracking number to: returns@stonecrestfurniture.com.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the credit card used to purchase it. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
