PolyWood is a high performance wood lumber substitute manufactured from high density-plastic. It consist of high density polyethylene resins, select coloring and foaming agents. PolyWood is processed into a specification product that closely resembles painted and natural wood products.
PolyWood absorbs no moisture and is easy to clean!
PolyWood is compounded with permanent, UV stabilized colors.
PolyWood is easy to maintain for a lifetime.
Additionally, this product is impervious to many common corrosive substances including salt water, as well as gasoline and hydrocarbon oils.
PolyWood is worked with standard woodworking tools and hardware. Screws are the preferred fastener for the attachment of the material.
PolyWood is not attached with adhesives; its surface characteristics resist adhesives and the solvents used as carriers for many adhesives. Additionally, PolyWood is impervious to paint, stains, and mineral spirits.
To maintain PolyWood, clean the lumber with soap and water. All-purpose cleaners or 1/3 bleach and water solutions take care of extreme cleaning needs.
PolyWood Inc warranties to the original purchaser, that for a period of five (5) years for residential use (three (3) for commercial use) from the date of purchase against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the furniture components. "Defects" is defined as imperfections that impair the original function of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on the furniture, which is received by regular use of the furniture. Neither does it cover damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations, negligence, misuse or abuse, improper assembly and acts of God. This warranty does not apply to the hardware used to assemble the furniture. The original purchaser is responsible for providing PolyWood, Inc. with the proper documentation needed to determine a resourceful solution to the defect. Possible solutions are replacement or repair of defective furniture, replacement or repair of defective component or authorization to have product repaired by a third party.

We recently bought 4 traditional dining chairs and a cafe 33' dining table for our small (10'x10') screened in porch we had built on our raised 20'x15' deck.
We had some concerns about our order being shipped to Canada but was assured that it would be a smooth and fairly quick process and it was.
The furniture is even better than we anticipated and expect to buy some more in the near future.

The only negative that we experienced was that the toll free telephone number didn't work in Canada so I emailed Stonecrest, gave them my telephone number and asked them to call me. Within an hour of my email, Zach Allen called me and our order got underway.

Looks great and very durable. It has shown no signs of weathering since we bought it. I a lot of people think that its wood, which is great, but its not wood. It looks really nice.
Really Happy with the furniture we bought. Its very nice and sturdy. I really liked the longer tables and that’s what drew me to StoneCrest, since I have such a large family. One note is that in hindsight I would have got a darker color so that it would easier to care for. Hopefully I will buy another piece or two in the future.
